Pursuant to articles 10 and 320 of the Civil Code and articles 96 and 97 of Law 22.4.1941, no. 633, Copyright Law, by registering or even just participating in the "APERICANE ®" events, you freely authorize the publication and/or dissemination of your images/photos/videos and those of your dog on the website and/or social networks of our company or partner companies (always mentioned), which may be taken during the event, as well as any of your data (personal information and email) requested at the time of registration. Regarding minors, our policy does not allow the publication of their images unless prior written authorization is given by both parents. If they appear in images of other participants, we will in any case cover their faces.
If you wish to request the removal of images pursuant to art. 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you just need to contact us and we will act as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for photos and/or videos taken and shared by you and/or shared by other participants and/or by people not involved in the event.
